Shipping policy
Processing:
Once an order has been placed, we need 1-3 working days to process it. During the week it takes one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or at the weekend it may take a little longer.
Delivery times:
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped. The average delivery time is 5-12 working days.
Cancellation of order:
After you place an order, it is immediately processed by our automated systems and prepared for shipment. Therefore, it is important that you notify us of any cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing the order. In most cases we will still be able to process the cancellation, but please note that we cannot provide any guarantees if the order has already been processed.
Costs:
We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity.
Order tracking:
As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. So you can always keep an eye on your order.
Delayed?
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Of course, there can sometimes be a delay. If the delay is more than a week, please contact us by e-mail with your order number and we will take care of it.
