Weston Norwich Returns Policy

At Weston Norwich, we strive for your satisfaction. We believe in the quality of our products and support this with our 14-day return policy. The following guidelines apply to all product returns:

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping charges. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

Return Authorization

We accept returns of new, unused products in their original packaging from customers in all countries. Used or damaged products by the customer may not be eligible for return unless they were already damaged or defective upon receipt. All items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return process

Customers can return products by post. If the product received is incorrect, has been damaged by the carrier or is otherwise defective, a return label will be provided. The return label can be downloaded and printed from the confirmation email. In cases where the customer has purchased the wrong product, the item does not fit or the customer no longer wants the item, the customer is responsible for downloading and printing the return label.

For international returns, the return process and costs may differ. Please contact our customer service for more information.

Restocking fee

We do not charge a restocking fee. All eligible returns will be fully refunded to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs

If the product has been damaged by the carrier or is otherwise defective, Weston Norwich will cover the actual cost of return shipping. Please contact our customer service team to arrange this.

In cases of customer regret, such as if the customer purchased the wrong product, the item does not fit, or the customer simply no longer wants the item, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your return. Refunds will be processed and refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped can no longer be canceled.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

Please note: Personalized products (such as bracelets with a name or date) and hygiene-sensitive items (such as bikinis, bras, underwear, masks, toothbrushes, etc.) cannot be returned due to legal regulations.

Remark:

All returns should be sent to our central warehouse in China at the customer's expense. Returns without prior authorization or fulfillment of the above conditions will not be accepted.
